DaT - Trouble shooting the disc (2)


  1. When you first place the DaT disk in a PC, you will usually see this Autorun message.
    (if you don't see this message after 1 minute then go to ALTERNATIVE STEP 2)

    Windows is asking you how you want to open the disk.
    DO NOT select 'Play using Windows Media Player'

  2. You must scroll down and select the option
    'Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer'
    and click OK

  3. You will then see this window showing you the files on the disk
    Double click the Explorer icon named 'DoubleClick here to start'

    Internet Explorer (or your default web browser) will open up a window and display the first screen of DaT. Simply click on the 'Click to Enter' link or click anywhere on the picture of the people's faces.
    You will now see the Main Menu of DaT appear

    ALTERNATIVE STEP 2 (Optional)

    If the autorun message does not appear

    Double click the My Compter Icon (on your desktop, or in your START menu)

    Then Double Click the 'Dyslexia-at-Transition DVD" icon to open the contents of the disk.
